m	ma-na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いや～星１もつけたくないくらい。酷いお店。なのにガンガン人入るのは場所のせいかな。味は美味しくない、接客は全然できてない。ホールの女性は無言で水を置いて、注文いいですか？とこっちが言っても何にも言わない、復唱もしない。だからちゃんと伝わってるのかも分からない。ホールに人がいなさすぎて全然まわってない。男性店員はもう感情０、覇気すらない。入ってくる人みんなにここは止めた方がいいですよ！と伝えたいくらい。ここの口コミ見てから入れば良かったと心から思いました。ここでパスタ食べるくらいなら、タリーズとかPRONTOとか行った方が全然美味しいです！ No, I don't want to add 1 star. R	Ryo Wada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文を言う際にキャンセルして退店したので、客と言えるかどうか微妙な所ですが、今後来店を検討されている方の参考になれば…と思い、レビューさせて頂きます。入店時、女性の店員さんになんの案内も声かけもなく、ただ一言「アルコール(アルコール消毒お願いします)」とだけ言われ、席に通されました。メニューとお水を置きに来る際も無言、オーダー聞きに来る際も無言。お腹を空かせていたので我慢して食べようかとも思いましたが、どれだけ美味しい物でも満足が出来なさそうなので、退店させていただきました。唖然とする接客だったので調べてみましたが、同じようなレビューをされている方が多く見られるので、自分だけじゃなかったようで安心しました。オーナーと思われる方と電話でお話しさせていただきましたが、オーナーも「すみませんねぇ」と言った感じでしたので、マニュアルが無いのだと思います。緊急事態宣言もようやく明け、飲食店にとって大事な時期。懇切丁寧にとは言いませんが、もう少し相手の立場になって接客をされた方が良いと思います。お節介でしたらすみません。 Since I canceled the store when I placed the order and left the store, it is a delicate place to say that it is a customer, but I would like to review it as a reference for those who are considering coming to the store in the future. 5	5050 goro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで行きました。オーダーは、外国の方で、伝わっているか、疑問が残る様な感じで、店の雰囲気はお世辞にも綺麗ではない、止まっていましたが、置いてある空気清浄機は、汚く、稼働すると空気を汚染してしまう様な感じでした。ガーリックトーストのガーリックは、生のニンニクチューブが上にあり生焼けで臭かったです。パスタもそれなりでした。 I went for lunch. K	Ku ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日夜に利用させていただきました。皆さんのレビューの通り、注文を受けるスタッフの対応は決して良くないです（男性スタッフ、女性スタッフともに）。ただ、料理とアルコール類は美味しかったです。割り切って利用するなら全然有りだと思います。飲み放題プランもあり、好きに飲み食いしてひとり4,000円くらいでした。駅から数分でこのコスパは良いと思います。ローストビーフとパスタが美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。 I used it on weekday nights.
