★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの取り扱ってる物件は×。住めばわかる。鉄筋コンクリートでも、天井の厚さは薄い(内的要因、住む人間の民度に依る)。ここんちが扱うある物件は一見静かそうに見えるが、立地の割に騒音がひどい(外的要因)、特に夜。一階の角は最悪レベル。外装と内装は一応納得できるレベルだが、居住性が非常に悪いのは事前に知っておくべし。
管理料はそこらの不動産屋と同じ何もしないくせに一丁前にとる。清掃はしない、暗くなっても建物内の灯りは点かない、ゴミ捨て場も汚い、建物敷地内にゴミが落ちててもずっと落ちっぱなし。賃料の高い安いは人それぞれ感じ方はあるが、個人的には高いと感じる。
賃貸契約時にウダウダとこのくらいのキズで幾らかかるだのなんだの。事前説明の責を果たしているという大義名分のもとに行われる圧力でしかない。
蛇足だが、ここらへんの住民は民度が低い、
特に見た目50代以上。私は民度低いよ、っていう人にはおすすめ。

The property here is ×. I know if I live. Even with reinforced concrete, the ceiling thickness is thin (depending on internal factors and the inhabitants of the people). At first glance, this property looks quiet, but the location is noisy (external factors), especially at night. The corner of the first floor is the worst level. The exterior and interior are acceptable, but you should know in advance that the livability is very poor.
The management fee is the same as that of any real estate agent, but it doesn't do anything. No cleaning, no lights in the building even when it gets dark, dirty garbage dumps, and even if garbage falls on the building premises, it keeps falling. People who feel high and low rent have different feelings, but personally feel it is expensive.
What does it cost for a rental contract with Udauda and such a scratch? It is only pressure under the cause of fulfilling the responsibility of prior explanation.
It's barefoot, but the inhabitants here are less popular,
Especially over 50s. I recommend it to people who are low in people.
