返却時にその事を言うと、申し訳ありませんだけでした。周辺の店舗で使い回ししているのに、各店舗に運んで来る時に分かっていたはずなのに...
あまり誠意のない対応にがっかりしました。
もし、運転中にファンベルトが切れたら、どうしてくれるのでしょうか？
多分、申し訳ありませんの一言でしょうね。
