当初☆ひとつの口コミを見て、どうしようか迷いましたが、電話やメールでの問い合わせの返信も、早くてていねいでした。
また実際にお会いして、説明をしてくださったお店の方々（少なくとも私が対応していただいた３人）も、ユーザー目線に立った提案をしていただけて、とてもよかったです。
Thank you for your support several times this year (2018).
At first ☆ I was wondering what to do after seeing one review, but I was grateful for the quick reply to inquiries by phone or email.
Also, I am very glad that the shop staff (at least the three people I responded to) who actually met and explained to me also made suggestions from the user's perspective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベンツのV12用のイグニッションコイルのオーバーホールを依頼しましたが、たったの300kmで再び故障しました。保証期間は三カ月との事で、後は自己責任との事。皆さん、イグニッションコイルの修理は、他の店もありますので、ここはオススメしません。
I requested an overhaul of the ignition coil for the Benz V12, but it broke down again after only 300km. The warranty period is three months, and the rest is at your own risk. Everyone, repair of ignition coil is not recommended here because there are other shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ W211エンジン始動不良が何年も続き、購入先へ修理に入れてもなおらず、その間何度もDAS診断をかけても不良箇所が不明で不治の病と思ってました。
今回偶然にも御社を見付け相談したところ、できる限り最善を尽くします！との事で修理をお願いしました。
着工から修理完了まで1週間も掛からず確実になおしていただけ、その後は毎日のように出てた症状が全く出なくなり、ストレスなく乗っております。
また、ユーザーに寄り添った修理方法から最悪の事まで想定して説明もしていただく事も納得でき、終始安心してお預けできてとても満足しております。
他に同じような症状でトラブルを起こしているかたがいたら、ぜひ進めたいほど信頼のおける工場です。

It took less than a week from the start of construction to the completion of repair, and after that, the symptoms that appeared every day disappeared completely, and I am riding without stress.
In addition, I am satisfied that we can explain from the repair method that is close to the user to the worst thing and explain it, and I am very happy that I can deposit with confidence from the beginning.
