Even though I heard that it had been cleaned, there were many uneasy responses from beginning to end, such as the interior wallpaper being dirty as if something had scattered, and the key number of the mailbox given when moving in was different.

The worst response over the phone. When I asked if there was a property listed on the homepage, I just said "No, again." I don't mind if I don't have it, but it was very unpleasant.
