★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口が２つ空いているにも関わらず担当が来たのが５分後。待合室が見えるとこにスタッフがいるが、こちらに気付いているが、無視。窓口対応を優先すべき。あといちいち窓口に空きがあるのに、整理券を取るシステムどうかと思う。
