行って来ました。案内係の女性の方は親切で優しく分かりやすい応対をして下さいました。

ってくらい電話繋がらない。
月曜日は混んでいるのでと
年金加入者ダイヤルで言われましたが
本当に緊急で聞きたいことがあるとき
こんなんではすごく困る。
掛け続けて40分、未だに繋がらない。
仕事の合間や休憩削って掛けてるのに
ここまで繋がらないと電話回線引いてる
意味ないんではないかと疑問に思う。
何故関連のある会社でさえ、
別回線の番号を知らないのか…
会社間での緊急連絡などあった場合
いちいちナビダイヤルで時間待たないと
返答が貰えないのかと不思議になる。
折り返し貰えるよう伝えてもらうことすら
出来ない、本当にいい加減にしてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族の年金の件で相談しに来たのに、対応の職員の態度がありえないくらい悪い。
相談窓口ギリギリに来たからかもしれないが、こちらが事情を説明している最中に割って言ってくる様に唖然としました。
時間ギリギリだったからでしょうか？早く帰りたかったのに私が相談しに来た事で帰宅時間が遅くなるからだったのか…
明らかに顔の表情も言葉も面倒な感じがしました。
年金支払いが遅くなってしまったり、払えない人を見下したような態度はどうかと思います。
様々な事情で支払い遅れてしまい相談しに伺ってるのに…
とにかく対応した若め！？な女性の対応には腹がたちました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻と相談をしに行って来ました。受付の方から「予約がないと時間がかかりますよ」と言われせっかく来たのだからと待つ事に。間もなくして相談担当の方がわざわざ席に来て30分くらいの内容でしたなら対応可能ですとの案内を受けました。受付の方が相談担当の方の時間の空き状況を調べて下さったようでした。またそれほどの混みもなかったことも幸いしたようです。
相談担当の方、受付の方にお礼を述べ事務所を後にしました。
本当に助かりました。

内容が覚えきれないのでメモを取ろうとしたのに
｢書かないでください｣と何度も静止されました。
向こう側としては｢書類にいまは書かないでください｣の意味合いで言ったと思われますが、口頭で言われたことを細かく覚えてることなんて出来ません。
そちらは何度も同じ対応をしていることでしょうから口頭でベラベラ喋っていればいいのでしょうけど、こちらは何も分からないのに口頭だけで理解できる訳ありません。
結局分からないまま書類を郵送したら
翌日に勤務中にも関わらず何件も電話が来ていて、
不備があるため折り返し郵送で返すとのこと……
不備があるのは申し訳ありませんでしたが
こっちもばかじゃないので1回でも連絡頂ければ
折り返し連絡しますし、何件もかけてきた意味がわからない。クチコミを見る限り相手の意図や行動を汲み取れない人達ばかりなのでしょうか？
できる限り早く受け取りたいので
直接また年金事務所に向かうので書類の書き方を再度教わりたいと電話でお伝えしたら
それは難しいとキレ気味で早口で対応されたのも不愉快でした。
分からないから聞いてるのに埒が明かない。
★を付けるのもいやですが、どうしても書き込みたくて付けさせて頂きました。
できる限り今後利用したくないです。

対応された方が穏やかな方だったのでムカつきませんでしたが、クチコミにあるような方が対応されていたら確実にキレていたでしょう。

当日、年金番号を聞かれ、身分を示す物を見せてと

まず、予約なしで行きましたが待合室には2人しかいない、それなのに50分位かかります！窓口が13も有るのに？
案内の人が時間がかかりますと帰れ的な対応、今日その為に来たので待ちますと言ったらこの書類を書いて待つように言われた、書いて席に着こうとしたら呼び止められてこっち来てと言われ空欄に配偶者の名前を書いて持ってきて！と、はじめから必要事項言って貰いたいと受け付けに言った。
相談員に案内されて今までの事話したら上司が来て謝ってましたが、今まで何年やってるの？と思った。ここだけじゃないですが、必要な説明をしてほしいです。

クレームもクレームを言われていることに気がついていないのか、『徹底して無視』が仕事と考えているのか？のんびりしていて、誰も仕事していない。。。
使途不明金や横領、個人情報漏洩と問題が絶えないのも頷けます。
これじゃ、若い人が年金を払わないのも、中高年が年金制度に不安・不信感を持つの当たり前。
自分達(職員)が豊かであればいい(仕事しなくとも良い)と思っているのだろう。
