(michika) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、父が亡くなり母の遺族年金の手続きをしに行きました。私たちの担当の女性の方は、とても分かりやすく丁寧な対応をして頂けたので、スムーズな手続きが出来ました。ありがとうございました！駐車場も第一駐車場と第二駐車場があって、車を停めるのは、困りませんでした。しかし、他の席で対応していた男性職員の声がとても早口で上から目線の言葉使いで聞いてるだけで、不愉快な気持ちになりました。まだ、若い女性に説明していたみたいですが、年金事務所や手続きのことなど慣れていないし、わからないことだらけだと、思うのに。。。。その男性職員は、自分は仕事柄わかっているから、早口で機関銃の用にその困っている女性に説明していました。女性は、どうしたらいいのか、男性の説明がわかっていない様子でした。。。その男性職員だけが威圧的な話をしていたのかは、わかりませんが。。。もう少し「ゆっくり、丁寧に、分かりやすい言葉で」相手の顔を見ながら説明を理解出来ているのかを考えながら親切な対応をして欲しいと思います。若い人も困るような説明では、高齢者の方だったら、どうなるのでしょうか。。。もう少しあの男性職員の態度は、改めるべきだと思います。皆さんに分かりやすい誠実な態度で説明や手続きのお手伝いをして欲しいと願います。 This time, my father died and I went to apply for my mother's survivor's pension.
