Lots of space to run around and really is a kid oriented location with friendly staff. Dress comfortably because things are quite spaced out so there is A LOT of walking unless you pay a little extra to take the 'train' that goes around the place
M	Mi To on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are pallas's cats. Many kinds of animals, playground for kids, and good to walk around in the park as exercise. But sometimes there is terrible traffic jam and it takes 1h to move 1.5km bumy car.
J	Joe Bardon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so much fun! Before going there, I was expecting it to be pretty small and to get around in about 2 hours at a stretch but it's huge. You could just enjoying walking around the place but there are loads of things to do. The admission price is cheap (seemingly too cheap - I thought I had heard the wrong price) and the animals seem happy and well looked after. As well as the animals there are other things to do like the adventure playground, shops and some really good food vans as well (see photo). I am going to recommend it to everyone!

I wouldn't recommend grandparents taking their grandchildren unless they're in good shape. Good place for healthy parents with well behaved children. There are a number of dangerous areas where unsupervised children can get hurt. But the animal experience is great, especially the petting zoo. There's also plenty of parking space in front of the entrance.

The zoo is in Takasaka, Higashimatsuyama on the Tobu Tojo line from Ikebukuro, Tokyo. It is fantastic value for money, but furthermore it is one of the best days out for children in Saitama prefecture. It has something for children (and people) of all ages. And is one of the best animal nature parks in Japan. ? - Price: * Adult - (520 yen). * Junior high school student - (210 yen). * Children - (Free). ? - Hours: [9:30 - 17:00] \| (Last entry 16:00).
