今回、採血と点滴をするまでかなり待ちました。
次に同じ病気にかかった時は別の病院に行こうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付時にドクターを指名できること。平日なら18時受付まで診察してくれること。駐車場完備であること。スタッフさんが多いので放ったらかしにされないこと。気に入ってます。私が診ていただいているドクターは めちゃめちゃイケメンで素敵な先生です(笑) 通う楽しみがないと 病院なんてちゃんと行かないです。

5日前に37.4℃の熱が出ていたのを理由に受診を拒否された。
このご時世ではしかたない部分もあるのだと思うが
熱が出た際にPCR検査も行い、陰性だった旨も伝えた
うえでの受診拒否なのは意味がわからない。
そもそも、子どもと大人で発熱と定義する体温も
違うんじゃないかとも思う。
子どもをちゃんと診察できないのであれば
小児科を標榜するべきではない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約無しで医師の指名ができるのは有り難いが、受付事務がなっていない。挨拶も笑顔もないし、患者に寄り添う姿勢が全く感じられない。それどころか他人の明細書を渡してきたり個人情報の管理、基本的なチェック体制もできていない。どんなに素敵な医師がいてもあの受付事務ではね。。。もったいない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年から掛かりつけになりましたが、看護師やスタッフの方がとても沢山居て、親切でとてもお薦めです。謎の腹痛で受診した時は血液検査、尿検査、エコー検査まで午前中内でやって頂きました。結局何の問題も無く、それ以上の検査は必要無いでしょうと助言頂き適切な治療だけで済みました。沢山患者さんがいて待ち時間は多少あります。先日コロナの中発熱した時は、完全時間指定の予約受診となり建物に入ってからお会計まで完全個室での対応でした。建物の花壇にお花が植えられていて、そういう配慮があるのも個人的にお薦めポイントです。

看護師や医師の方は優しく感じの良い方にしか当たった事ありませんが、受付の方は電話で問い合わせてもぶっきらぼうで面倒臭そうな対応、会計の時も笑顔もなく冷たい印象。親切な事務の方もいるかもしれませんが、私は優しい温かい印象の人には当たった事がありません。事務の方は病院の顔だと思います。もっと患者に感じよく優しく接して欲しいです。そしたら、彩のクリニックの評判も良くなると思います!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワクチン接種で初めての利用。なので通常の外来診察の事は分かりません。
◆入り口を入ると右手に受付があり、進もうとすると、受付の方に止められ、入り口から左手に体温測定機と消毒がある事を教えられました。
そこで思ったのが、必ず消毒と体温検査するのなら、受付カウンターと同じ目線の右側に置くべき。左側なんて見ないし、わかりにくい効率悪い配置。普段からキチンとしているので不快に思った。
◆その後、受付の方は和やかに対応してくれたので感じ良かったのですが、
待合で病院の雰囲気を観察して待ってたら、問診票の確認で若い看護士さんが聞きに来ましたが、とにかく無表情で淡々とこなしていくだけで、印象悪かった。
◆その後、新館の2階に促され、先生の問診票の確認。質問無しにチェックしてたのでサラッと終わり、注射へ。接種してくれた先生もブース内も和やかに対応してくれたので感じ良かったです。
接種したらタイマー渡されます。
◆予約時間直後よりも15分以降に来たので、待機する時にはゆったり待てましたが、既に接種して待機してる人が多く、接種後待機の座席に案内されたら、タイマー鳴って帰る人が続々と居たので、早く来過ぎると問診待ちに接種待ちに、プラス待機で最低15分待つから座席一杯だったのかな…と思いました。

I was there one after another, so if I came too early, I would wait for an inoculation to wait for an interview, and wait at least 15 minutes for a plus wait, so I wondered if my seat was full.
