お	おはるおはる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍で受診をためらっているうちに子供の症状が悪化してきたのでお伺いしました．換気や検温，また，発熱患者は別の入口で受付，受診となっており感染予防対策の徹底に安心しました．先生も優しく受付もテキパキとされていて，もっと早く子供を連れてきてあげればよかったな〜と後悔しました． While hesitating to see a doctor because of corona sickness, my child's symptoms got worse, so I asked him. Ventilation, temperature measurement, and fever patients were accepted and consulted at another entrance, so I was relieved to take thorough infection prevention measures. The teacher was kind and the receptionist was very responsive, and I regretted that I should have brought my child sooner.
み	みるくれ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃痛で胃腸科へ。所沢市内、新所沢駅から近いです。ストレスと食生活が原因とのことで、大きな病気ではないと分かって安心しました。 I went to gastroenterology because of stomach pain. It is close to Shin-Tokorozawa station in Tokorozawa city. I was relieved to know that it was not a major illness because of stress and eating habits.
美	美瑛美馬牛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも混んでます！予約制なのに３０分以上待たされます!あと待合室は感染対策無視してます!今は他のクリニックは待合室の椅子も患者が密着しない様に配慮されていますが、ここは全く有りません。満員電車状態です!かと言って医師の腕が良いのか?疑問です!全ての医師の診察をして貰ったわけでは有りませんが、今回診察の医師は金曜日午前中のみの診察だけの為か、とにかく声も小さいし…患者の疑問質問を聞いてくれません!色々不安な事や質問したい事あって行ったのですが、１５分経過すると突然看護師がやって来て診察室のドアを開けられ帰れとばかりの行動を取られました。(１５分もいなかったと思います)とにかく人数こなして金儲け主義なのか?たった１人の医師の対応で残念ながらクリニック全体の評価は下がりますね!あとあの待合室はなんとかしないとそのうちクラスタ―発生しますよ(笑) It's always crowded! Now, other clinics are careful not to let patients stick to the chairs in the waiting room, but there is no such thing here. It's a crowded train! Is the doctor's skill good? I'm wondering! I didn't get all the doctors to see me, but maybe this time the doctors are only seeing on Friday morning. Anyway, my voice is quiet ... I don't listen to the patient's questions! I went there because of various anxieties and questions, but after 15 minutes, a nurse suddenly came and opened the door of the examination room. I just took action on my way home. (I don't think it took 15 minutes) Anyway, is it a money-making principle by managing the number of people? Unfortunately, the evaluation of the entire clinic will be lowered by the response of only one doctor! And if you do not manage that waiting room, a cluster will occur soon. Yo (laughs)
c	c f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喉の腫れと痛み、39度近くの発熱があり受診しました。かかりつけ医が休診だったため、こちらの病院に朝一番に電話をかけ、発熱外来は夕方の17時まで受け付けられないと言われましたので17時まで待ちお伺いしました。その後二時間近く外の屋根もない場所でパイプ椅子に座り待ちました。何度声がけしても診察して頂けず、付添人もなくかなり体調も悪化してきていたので、診察できないなら救急車を呼んでほしいと訴えたところ、さらに30分ほど待たされようやく診察して頂けました。診断名は扁桃腺炎でした。個人的な感情はなるべく伏せ口コミすべきところですが、上記の経験がありたいへん不愉快な想いをしました。こちらの病院をお勧めしないことを強く意思表示させて頂くとともに、このような対応の病院が世間からなくなることを祈ります。 I had a swelling and pain in my throat and a fever of nearly 39 degrees. Personal feelings should be hidden as much as possible, but the above experience made me feel very unpleasant. I strongly express my intention not to recommend this hospital, and I pray that such a hospital will disappear from the world.

田	田 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般の方で酷評されていますが、小児科はすごくすごくお世話になっています。先生にも看護師さんにも親身になって話を聞いて頂いています。待ち時間が長いのはどこでも同じこと、それだけ対応してくださっていると感じます。コロナ陽性、濃厚接触とどちらも受診しました。外で待つ際の案内は電話予約の際に案内されていたので納得していましたし、多くの患者さんに対応されているので、仕方のないことだと思います。 Although it is criticized by the general public, pediatrics is very much indebted. Both the teacher and the nurse are kind enough to listen to me. The long waiting time is the same everywhere, and I feel that they are responding accordingly. I had both corona positive and close contact. I was convinced that the guidance for waiting outside was given at the time of telephone reservation, and I think it can't be helped because it is handled by many patients.

k	k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン接種で初めての利用。診察時間外の時間帯なので普段の事は分かりませんが、待合室は狭くて暗い印象。壁面にズラーっと連なったソファー席とその前にもソファー席がありました。座席は多くて良い反面余白が少なく、人も多かったからか、すごく圧迫感を受けました。リラックスを促していましたが、待ち時間も長かったので子供は緊張が増していきましたよ。ここは珍しく15分刻みの予約だから、間に合うように行きましたが、何故か呼ばれたのはその次の時間帯で、時間が押しているのか20分も待ちました。その間も次の時間帯の人達が来るので待合室もいっぱいに。他の病院ではキチンと予約時間内に接種出来ていた為、段取りの悪さがかなり目立ちました。接種後、15分後の時間を教えてもらい待機を終えると受付にファイルを提出するのだが、接種券をすぐに返されるのではなく、そこからまた待たされました。他の病院では、接種したら先に全部受け取って、待機時間過ぎたら勝手に帰るシステムでしたから、このワンクッションの待ち時間が意味不明でした。あと、待合室の壁掛け時計が遅れていました。1、2分とかじゃなくそれ以上も違うのに、何で気付かないのかなぁ？ First use for corona vaccination.
