受付の方、看護師さん、先生共にとても良心的でした。
先生の説明がとても分かりやすく丁寧で、息子も理解し、手術を決断する事に至り感謝の一言です。
I had a medical examination on holiday on duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱して受診しに行くとバイ菌扱いされました。受付の若い方はきちんと対応してくれましたが奥から顔だけ出して近づこうとしない先生はみてて呆れました
When I had a fever and went to see a doctor, I was treated as a fungus. The young person at the reception responded properly, but the teacher who did not approach me with only his face from the back was surprised to see it.

予約した時間にいっても、コロナワクチン接種で1時間近く待たされました。
極め付けは、馬鹿な受付が診療明細書(処置内容及び医療点数を記載したもの)を保険請求の為に依頼したところ当院では発行していないとのこと(と、いうか知らなかったな)。
無駄なやり取りの為に何度も足を運びました。
本来なら預かってはいけない保険の請求書を、お預かりして確認いたしまーすとのことでした。
二度と行きません。
No explanation or consent has been obtained for the details of the surgery.
Even at the reserved time, I had to wait for almost an hour for the corona vaccination.
The ultimate answer is that the stupid receptionist requested a medical statement (which describes the treatment details and medical points) for an insurance claim, but the hospital did not issue it (I didn't know). ..
I went there many times because of unnecessary exchanges.
He said that he would keep and confirm the insurance invoice that should not be kept.
I will never go again.
