Simple but deep. Although I like it, I like this noodle the most in Yamanashi prefecture because of its thickness and throat. I want everyone to eat it. The soup is served at a low temperature, but it can be refreshing. Chinese food is also delicious. The crispy spring rolls are so delicious that you can cut your mouth (^^)
な	なにとる“なえとる” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨、甲府では有名なつけそば店の分店。本店の土曜日割引販売は、駐車場代を払ってでもお得感があり、何度も行ってるが、この昭和店では年越しそば的に大量13個のテイクアウト購入。味に本店と大差はなく美味しいが、息子夫婦だろうか、接客対応が酷すぎる。知り合いなのか商品を持たない老夫婦や子供、更にはダスキンか何かのマットの対応を優先し、余裕でお客を待たせ、こちらから言わないと小分けする袋の事前確認もできない。更に更に、通常のテイクアウトメニューよりも高く、別に説明があれば問題ないのに、それを予約の時も、支払いの時も、一言も説明しない。コロナ対応のアルコールもなく「さんぷく」という名店の名前にあぐらをかいた接客のように感じてしまい、味はそれなりに引き継いでいそうだから、まだ星2つでとどめる。立地は良く、少ないが駐車場もあり、気にしなければ問題ないと思うが、個人的には他人に薦めないし、リピートは躊躇するお店だ。期待をしてただけに、食べたければ本店に行けば良いと思わせてしまう対応は残念だ。 A branch of the famous Tsukesoba restaurant in Yamanashi and Kofu. There is no corona-compatible alcohol, and it feels like a customer service with the name of a famous store called "Sampuku", and the taste seems to be inherited as it is, so I still keep it with two stars. The location is good, there are few parking lots, so if you don't mind, I don't think it's a problem, but I personally don't recommend it to others, and repeat is a shop that hesitates. B	Babibube Boon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甲府昭和インターを上り方面に下りてすぐ、イトーヨーカドーの裏手にあるお店。甲府中央の中華レストランさんぷくの分店です。こちらは基本的につけそばとラーメン専門です。店前に駐車場がありますが、そんなに台数は停められません。休日の昼時にお邪魔しました。小雨の中店外での待ちが2組。店内にも1組待っています。店内のボードに名前を書いて待つようなのですが、一切の説明なく待った挙句店内に入ると名前を書いてお待ちくださいと。なんの待ち時間だったんだ… 更に待ってテーブル席に案内され、つけそば（W）を注文。酸味ある醤油スープに太麺を浸してズルズル。昔から変わらない味です。今時の節系スープに慣れてしまうとさほどの旨味は感じませんが、こう言うサッパリとした酸味のあるスープもたまには良いかなと思いました。「店内にあるボードに名前を書いてお待ちください」という表示が店外に書いてあると私のような思いをする人が減ると思います。ご馳走さまでした。 The shop behind Ito-Yokado is just off the Kofu-Showa Interchange.
