いざ取引になると全て売主と自分の都合のみで話を進めてきます
こちらが聞くことに対して、一言目には言い訳しかしません
もちろん説明不足が凄いです…
明らかに営業ミスなのに
「1時間ほど時間が遅れたりするのは当たり前です」
ときちんと謝罪する事すら出来ない営業さんでした
土地や建物の購入は一般人には一生に一度の大きな買い物になります
売主と買主の間をきちんと取り持つ事、双方が納得して取引を円滑にする為の手伝い、それが仲介業さんだと思います
正直この不動産屋さんだと取引もストレスですが、後の不安も絶えないと感じました
