メッチャ美味しいお寿司さんです！
昨日は宇和島の鯵に静岡富士の養殖ですが鱒と
産地は酔っぱって失念しましたが戻り鰹の刺盛りを頂きました。
どの刺し身も美味しくて響を飲み過ぎました。
創作系の料理も充実しててカニクリームコロッケは
そこらの洋食店より美味しいですよ〜入谷の香味屋と同じレベル。
ホタテバターもホタテの肉厚も厚くてバターと醤油のバッチリ決まっている逸品。
珍しい創作系では？「サンマのメンチ」
おおお〜サンマのメンチなんて食べた事が無いなぁ〜
早速オーダーしたら醤油、ソースを漬けなくても
サンマに下味が付いててメッチャ美味し〜
これはサンマをナメロウにしてフライにした逸品。
サンマに入れている調味料は秘密とのこと・・・
毎日仕入れている魚は市場で旬なものや
リーズナブルなものを仕入れて調理するそうで
毎日楽しめるお寿司さんですね〜
しかも紹介したカニクリームコロッケやホタテバター、サンマメンチは
全て1000円以下で600〜800円台のお値段ですので
色々な料理を楽しめますよ〜
お寿司も頂きましたが、飲み過ぎで写真を撮り忘れましたが
どれも美味しかったです〜
常連になりたいお店ですね〜！！
