However, the food does arrive very quickly, so it should make up for it. Since arrives so quickly, the taste is fresh and not dried out, as with what happens with many kaiten sushi restaurants. And considering the quality of sushi back in the states, this place is miles ahead. Is it the best in Japan? Definitely not. But, way better than most spots back home.
