★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越谷に移店する前からお世話になっているお店。ここで魚の味を教えてもらったと言っても過言ではありません。都内の高級店と比較しても遜色ない質です。
A shop that has been indebted to me since I moved to Koshigaya. It is no exaggeration to say that I taught the taste of fish here. It is quality comparable to that of Tokyo's high-end shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しめ鯖寿司を頂いたが締め具合が酷く、気候を考慮した調理が出来ていない。
大将がカウンター席の常連客との会話に夢中になり笑い声がうるさく、テーブル席での会話が聞き取れない事が度々あった。
I got shime-saba sushi, but the tightening was so bad that I couldn't cook it considering the climate.
The general was engrossed in the conversation with the regular customers at the counter seats, the laughter was loud, and I often could not hear the conversation at the table seats.

カウンター横の個室を使えました。コロナじゃなかったら多分個室のドアを閉めて使えるんだと思います。
食事は最高に美味しかったです。
ドリンクの提供も早く、ゆっくり食事ができるお店です
I booked a course with Hot Pepper.
I was able to use the private room next to the counter. If it wasn't Corona, I think I could probably use it by closing the door of the private room.
The food was delicious.
