I went in looking for a pillow, The owner showed me all the available pillow and told me the difference (used google translate for translating Japanese to English) and finally give me the pillow and gave me a free pillow cover as a gift (i have usually ordered things via Amazon and it was really nice to have a friendly interaction with another human being. I guess there are something online shopping can't really give)
