★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配達予定日変更をしようと思い電話をしたところ、確認してからじゃないと分からないので、確認して出来そうじゃなかったら折り返しの電話するから電話番号を教えてくれと言われたため、電話番号を伝えたが、電話もかかってこないし変更を依頼した日付にも配達されてこなかった。融通が利かないと聞いてはいたが、約束も守らないとは思わなかった。とても残念。もう利用しない。
 When I called to change the scheduled delivery date, I couldn't understand until I confirmed it, so if I couldn't confirm it, I would call back so I was told to tell me the phone number. I told him, but I didn't receive a call and it wasn't delivered on the date I requested the change. I heard it was inflexible, but I didn't think I wouldn't keep my promise. Very disappointing. I don't use it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荷物を持ってきていただく日が、受け取り出来なくなったため配達員さんがわざわざ持ってきてくださるのに受け取れないと申し訳ないと思い、玄関に大きな張り紙で「玄関に置いていってください」と貼りました。
夜遅くに帰宅するとクロネコさんからの商品は玄関に置いてありました。何故か佐川急便のサトウさんの不在届が2つ入っていました。非常に強い怒りを覚えました。今後佐川急便を利用する際はサトウさんの名前を忘れません。
非常にムカついたのでお電話しようと思いましたが、営業時間外だったため改めて後日ご連絡させて頂きます。

電話口は男性の方が出られました。
日時の件でと伝えた瞬間に態度が悪くなり、その後希望日を伝えたところ折り返すとのこと。
しかし折り返しの電話がなく、結局不在日の配達となりました。
ここの営業所は再配達を推奨されているのでしょうか？

不在票にはデビットカード可と書いてありましたが、使えないみたいです。

Navigation takes through the back gate which will lot be open. It will show very narrow road where taking reverse is also very difficult.
Instead of navigation road, take immediate right after crossing 246 would be very much easier.
