地図では道路沿いのイメージだったので、道路を走って行くとSAGAWAの看板が見当たらず・・・？？？
それなりの建物もなく・・・・・・？？？？
新しく出来た羽沢横浜国大駅へ出てしまい・・・・・・・・？？？？
戻ってみると、それらしき建物が。 なに、JR貨物駅構内にあるんだ！？
貨物駅構内に入り、奥の方まで進むと「お荷物引き渡し所」の看板が。
忙しい様で、小さいけど重たいバッテリーを抱えて受付へ。
皆さん忙しそうで、こちらには目もくれず・・・・・・
奥からバタバタと来ていただけました。
あまりお客さま自身がこちらまで来ることは少ない様で、残念ながらおもてなしは感じられませんでした。
行き方、参考にして下さい。

返送の際には必ず佐川からの電話連絡を済ませてから、と記載があるにも関わらず、何の連絡もなく勝手に返送され、通販会社からは往復の送料を請求されました。
その旨を佐川に伝えると、電話連絡はしたの一点張り。
きちんとした発信履歴等の記録を見せてほしいと再度問い合わせるも、返事が返ってこなくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＪＲ貨物羽沢駅構内の奥まった場所にあり、トラックやトレーラ、フォークなどの往来が多いので安全にはご注意ください。以前は深夜でも受取出来たのですが、人手不足で平日は７〜２２時、土日祝日は７〜２０時に営業時間が短縮されています。残念。

上京して間もない頃、荷物がなかなか届かず急を要していたので営業所まで取りに行きました。しかし自動車を持っていなかったのでGoogleマップで表示された「ひじりが丘」から徒歩8分の経路で進みました。しかし、ひじりが丘から辿り着いた場所は佐川急便の横浜北営業所を含む、横浜ドーム8個分の羽沢駅を見渡す丘の上…。下に降りるために三枚町方面を経由して1kmも回り道をさせられました。
絶対に後悔しないためにも横浜駅からのバスに乗ったときには三枚町で降り、そこから広大な敷地の端にある営業所まで500m歩いた方が近いです。それでも歩くのが嫌な方はタクシーで向かってください。（実際僕の前の人はタクシーで敷地内を移動していました。
立地に問題ありですが、現場の方々はとても親切に対応してくださったので☆５です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しい日や連携など、配送業の大変さはとても分かります、知り合いにも居ますので。しかしながら営業所の電話対応時の溜息が聴き取れたのは残念でした。正直電話続けたくなかったので、承諾して切りましたが。人の話を最後まで聞く余裕がなく、質問の余地も少しだけしか与えないそんな印象でした。テンプレートかつご自身の頭で内容を決めつけ話を先走っているのに気がついていない様です。きっと良い対応の時もあるのでしょうから、全否定はしないですが、自分が対応された時の評価はこれです。

ちょっと普段とは違う空間でつい写真を撮りたくなります。
中は大型車が多いのとあまりアチコチ行くのは迷惑なのでそこはわきまえて行動です！
営業所のスタッフさんは皆さん親切で気持ちが良い対応ですよ！
