先生に診ていただく前に、看護師さんが丁寧にヒアリングしてくれます。先生もちゃんとお話聞いたり薬の説明をしてくれました。
下に薬局もあるので便利です。
コロナ陽性になってしまったときも、こちらの発熱外来で診断いただきました。
その後先生から毎日経過観察のお電話もしていただき、薬を変更するなどして無事治りました！
本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 心臓病の関係で何度かかかりましたが、医師のホスピタリティーが無さすぎます。
患者や病気と向き合う気概が全く感じられませんし、患者に寄り添うことができないのだと思います。
悪人という感じはしないですが、非常に不愉快な気持ちになる医師です。
まず、血液検査や心電図など精密検査の提案などが全くありません。
いままでいくつもの病院にかかってきましたが、初診の段階で必ず「病状の把握のため、◯◯回目の来院時には精密検査をしたい」という話がありました。
そういった話は一切なく、ただ一方的に薬の量の話をして終わりです。いい加減すぎる対応だと思います。
診察室に入ってからも、椅子に「おすわりください」のような一言もなく、患者が座る前から一方的に話し始めます。
次回予約の時間も、希望時間のヒアリングはなく、何時で取ります伝えることもなく、勝手に設定されます。
・開業仕立てで内装が綺麗
・空いていて待ち時間がない
のは良いところですが、医師が全てを駄目にしていると感じます。
地域に新しくできた病院で期待していましたが、医師のスタンスが本当に残念です。
