この会社のいい所
・ちょっと採用しやすい
・面倒見のいい先輩が居る
・一月一括シフト制で自由に設定出来る
・MVP休暇と健康診断の予約付き
会社の悪い所
・差別が酷い
・人に拠って挨拶をしない人が居る
・スマホやラジカセで常にBGMを流す
(交互に鳴らすので集中力の低下)
・躾が成ってない若い派遣社員が居る
・物量や従業員に比例して勤務時間があやふや
・勤務中にやたらと無駄話しても黙認
・基本作業と規則(ルール)が充実していない(教え方が適当・個人ルールがある)
・棚卸しが何故かお彼岸のある日曜日
・必ず月に付き1人ずつ改善提案を提出
感想
親方が特に｢PS4を持っていないと仲間はずれ｣｢飯奢れ｣良い大人として自覚がないお子ちゃま精神。入社手続き時に電話に出たのはいいがすぐ切られ、あんまり良い会社のイメージがない。
退社時も、今までの職場に無い程の書類を書かなきゃいけない決まりがあって、かなり面倒…
人の失敗した心の傷を塩を盛る偽善者ぶる会社である。
Personal view
Good place for this company
・ Easy to adopt
・ There are seniors who look good
・ Can be set freely by one-month collective shift system
・ MVP leave and medical checkup are included
Bad place of company
・ The discrimination is severe
・ There are people who do not greet people
・ We always play BGM with smartphone and radio cassette player
(Because it rings alternately, the concentration declines)
・ There is a young temporary worker who has no bribe
・ Working hours vary in proportion to physical quantity and employees
・ Acknowledging even idle talk during work
・ Basic work and rules (rules) are not sufficient (how to teach is appropriate, there are individual rules)
・ Sunday with inventory for some reason
・ Be sure to submit one improvement proposal per month
Impression
In particular, the parent has a PS4 and is out of the team, and "Iijima" has a child-friendly spirit without awareness as a good adult. It was nice to answer the phone at the time of joining procedure, but it was cut off immediately and there is no image of a very good company.
Even when I leave the company, there is a rule that I have to write more documents than I have before, so it is quite troublesome.
It is a hypocrite company that saltes people's failed heart wounds.
