それに比べて佐川は、指定時間の配達に間に合わないと、追跡データを「お届けにあがりましたが不在でした。」にする。
勿論、来てないから不在票はない。
指定時間外にしれーーっと遅れてすみませーんと配達。
某日、日にちも時間指定も守らず配達。
データ上は輸送中のまま。そして、こっちが指定した日にちと時間になったら配達完了になってた。
我が家のエリアの人だけかもしれませんが最悪。

あとヤマトの様にウェブで指定時間の変更ができるようにして欲しい。郵便局共々不便すぎる。

置き配指定を頼んだのに不在票が入ってる。
頼むから潰れてくれ。ヤマトだけでいいわ。
ヤマトは佐川と比べるとかなり優良だよ。

時間指定がどうのこうの言えるのは
贅沢な悩みだと思いますよ。
自分の所なんて時間指定すら出来ないんで(--;)
ドライバーさんに自分で電話して
だいたいの時間を聞いて調整してます。
もちろん言いたいことも分かりますが
佐川に限った話ではないですよ。
ゆうパックの配送がめちゃくちゃ早くきたことも
ありますしね…ぎゃくにめちゃくちゃ遅れることだって
もちろん時間指定サービスをしているんですから
ちゃんと守らないといけないとは思いますが…

ヤ○トさんが一番確実ですね。先日も郵便局も、時間指定してあったのに、配達員は、聞いてないですとか、答えますし。こちらも再配達してもらうのが申し訳ないから。時間指定してるのに。

いつも沢山の荷物を配達して下さり、ありがたく思っています。
しかし、路上マナーが良くないドライバーがいます。
豊田市立小清水小学校の裏の一車線の道路(片側一車線ではなく、一車線です)で、ドライバー同士が度々 荷物の受け渡しをしているのですが、道路の右側と左側に それぞれ車両(中型トラックと軽ワゴン)を停めて作業をしているのです。
せめて同じ側に停めるべきです。
通行する他の車両は佐川急便の車両の間を すり抜けなければならない状況です。
なのにドライバー達は申し訳なさそうな顔をするわけでもなく、外国人ぽい体格の良い男性ドライバーは黙々とトラックからワゴンに荷物を運び、もう一方の茶髪ボブヘアの小柄な女性はトラックの荷台に座ってスマホか業務用の端末を触り続けて顔すら上げません。
今日だけでなく他の日にも同じことがありました。
いつも15時半から16時くらいに待ち合わせて作業をするようです。
場所から推測すると、どう考えても豊田営業所の管轄ですよね。
しっかり教育してもらいたいです。
