どなたもとても気持ちの良い対応をして下さるのですが、中でも高山さんと言う方はとても気遣いのされる、話しやすさを身体中から発しているような方ですので、対人が苦手と言う方は高山さんにご相談されると良いと思います。
物件自体もとても満足しています。 大東建託さんの物件は手入れがきちんとされていて、他の不動産よりも物件ごとのムラが少ないので安心して探せると思います。
コロナ対策もきちんとされていたので安心してお部屋探しが出来ると思います。

The property itself is very satisfied. The properties of Mr. Daito Kenshin are well maintained and there is less unevenness in each property than other real estate, so I think that you can search with confidence.
Corona measures were taken properly, so I think that you can search for a room with confidence.

I visited Daito Trust Construction Leasing of "Good Room Net" and searched for a rental property.
Both general properties and Daito Trust Construction's DK SELECT properties were taken to our property tours in response to our requests, and it was really helpful to have a polite explanation and response. I am only grateful to Mr. Takayama for taking charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に電話した時に対応していただいた方がとても親切だったのでこちらにお願いしましたが、担当になった方は違う方で最低でした。仕事時間を伝えてあるのに、やたら電話してくる。なのに大切なメールはいきなり送られて、送ったことの連絡なし。メールで問い合わせても要領の得ない返答が返ってくるばかり。結局鍵の受け取り直前まで、生活ラインの契約の仕方がわからないままでした。もう２度といい部屋ネットにはお願いしません。
The person who responded when I first called was very kind, so I asked for it, but the person in charge was the worst. Even though I told him my working hours, he called me a lot. However, an important email was sent suddenly, and there was no notification that it was sent. Even if I make inquiries by e-mail, I just get irrelevant replies. After all, until just before I received the key, I didn't know how to make a contract for the life line. Please do not ask for a good room net again.
