★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATMの不具合で通帳が返ってこなくなり備え付けの電話で確認したら、午後7時だった為か時間的にすぐに返せないから後日取りに来てくれと言われ仕方なく、後日、仕事終わりにに取りに行く事になり通帳を返してもらったがその返し方がどう考えても納得できない。7時に取りに行きますと約束していたが仕事が早く終わり7時前くらいの時間に取りに行ったが勿論銀行窓口はやってなく、何故だか警備会社の人が通帳を返しに来た。その際通帳は袋にも封筒とかにも入れず直ぐに見れる状態で返して来た。どう考えても警備会社とは言え銀行員でもない第三者の人に見られていいものでも、ましてや、見られたくもないし個人情報なのに雑な扱われ方で納得出来ず三菱に確認したら、うちではそんなサービスしてませんと言われました。皆さんが同じ事されたらどう思いますか？通帳の内容は個人情報ではないのでしょうか。何もされないから、出来ないから見られても問題ないものでしょうか。未だに納得出来ません。

案内の方に機械でも出来ると言われ、わざわざATMに連れてってくれた上に、操作など一緒にやってくれ、丁寧に説明してくれました。
