20代女性というのもあり、舐められてたのか、終始話し方はバカにしたような感じでした…。
連絡の取り方も、20時以降に個人アカウントでLINE通話がかかってきたりと、今まであまり経験した事がなかったので、大丈夫な会社なのかなと不安になる事ばかりでした…。
最後は、申込書を書いた2日後にキャンセルをお願いしてしまったので、ご迷惑おかけして本当に申し訳ない気持ちだったのですが、そのキャンセルの電話の際も、そんな事言われても困るもう管理会社にはお願いしてるんでと言われたので、どうしたらキャンセルできますか？と聞くと、申込書出しちゃってるので違約金かかるかもしれないと言われました…。
不安な気持ちで色んな人に相談したら、申込書の時点で違約金がかかる話は聞いたことがないと言われ、担当の人は、嘘ついてでも契約させようとしてたのかなと…。
担当の人によるのかなとは思うのですが、気をつけてください…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初めて内見をさせてもらいましたが、駐車場の位置や契約形態など分からなかったところはすぐに電話で確認して下さり、助かりました。店舗も綺麗でスタッフさんの対応も良かったです。引越し自体始めてで色々不安はありましたが、安心して相談出来ました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は良い所だと思ってましたが。内見もさせてもらえないまま「他にも希望者がいる」と無理矢理契約させられた。虫駆除サービスとかも入居したら依頼してなかった事が判明。
担当Tのミスなのに悪びれてない、女性だと謝罪一切ない。上司も態度が酷かった。
繁忙期だからと理由になかなか取り合って貰えずズルズルで最悪だった。
最終的に消費者庁に相談した。
この会社はお薦めしない。２度と利用したくない。
