遅刻した私がいけないですけど
始めていくので事前に調べて行っても迷子になってしまい連絡を入れたのですが
なぜ遅刻したのか
五時過ぎたから契約できないですや
2年後にも契約するんですかとか
とてもだるそうに言われました。
こちらも遅刻したくてやってるつもりはありません。
対応悪すぎます。
謝ってもずっとブツブツと言われました。
他にも、電話対応悪かったです。特に女性の方が。
不愉快の契約でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応もひどいし、契約をする約束の期日に行ったのに聞いてないと言われ、しかもこちらのせいにしてきました。さらに来るなら事前に一時間前に電話よこせと言われたので(契約の日を事前に元担当の男と電話で決めているのにも関わらず)あまりにひどい対応のため担当をすぐに代えてもらいました。おかげで１日休日を無駄にしました。
