★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの薬剤師に頼んでもいないのに薬手帳に勝手に名前シールを貼られた。このような余計な対応は独善であり、処方に対しても信用できず危険である。名前シールは後で剥がしたが、おかげで薬手帳が無残な状態になった。ここで薬を処方されることで同様のことが身に起きると思う。
 Even though I didn't ask the pharmacist here, the name sticker was put on the medicine notebook without permission. Such extra measures are self-righteous, and even prescriptions are untrustworthy and dangerous. I peeled off the name sticker later, but thanks to that, the medicine notebook was in a state of illness. I think the same thing happens when you prescribe drugs here.
