1,000円以下のランチメニューあります。
量も味もまずまずです。
寒い日はランチのざるそばが温そばだったらいいのになと思いました。
 Even though it was a weekday, it was full at noon and I waited in line.
There is a lunch menu for less than 1,000 yen.
The amount and taste are reasonable.
On a cold day, I wish the soba noodles for lunch were hot soba.

更科そばが食べたくて調べて行ってみたが、訪問時はまだ韃靼そばかうどんしか提供できないとの事でちょっとがっかり。
上天丼ランチを韃靼そばで注文。
1,430円
10分弱で提供されてきました。
見た目は非常にお上品な量。
韃靼そばは、喉越しは良かったがそばの風味は、、、。
天丼は揚げたてでしっかりとした大きさの海老が2本付いていて満足でした。
蕎麦処なんだから、営業時間中はメニューにある蕎麦は全て提供して欲しかったな。
I visited Sagami-san, a Japanese noodle shop, for the first time around 10:30 because I want to avoid busy hours.
I wanted to eat Sarashina soba, so I went to check it out, but when I visited, I was a little disappointed that I could only serve tartary buckwheat noodles or udon noodles.
I ordered the upper bowl lunch at Tartary buckwheat noodles.
1,430 yen
It has been served in less than 10 minutes.
It looks very elegant.
Tartary buckwheat noodles had a nice throat, but the flavor of the buckwheat noodles was ...
I was satisfied with the tendon bowl, which had two freshly fried and firm-sized shrimp.
It's a soba restaurant, so I wanted all the soba on the menu to be served during business hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬になるとコチラの味噌煮込みうどんが食べたくなるんです。麺の茹で具合は硬めか、普通かを選ぶ事ができます。味噌煮込みうどんの場合はやはり硬めが美味しいと思います。
半熟卵と鶏肉、お揚げ、椎茸などが入ってアツアツで提供されます。今回は季節限定でブリ料理がついた定食も選択できるとあり、ブリのお刺身とご飯がついた定食にしました。このブリがまた美味しかった！ご飯が進みました。店員さんの少し過剰な程丁寧な対応に恐縮しましたが、家族でとても満足できました。ご馳走様でした。

I found Sagami, which is also in my hometown, from my car and visited from my accommodation. Sagami is now a new soba, so it's really delicious!

定食も充実していて、単品を色々注文することを思うと、リーズナブルだと思います。
今日は、牡蠣の釜飯御膳を頂きました。釜飯は、磯の香りがして絶品です。お正月で、かなり混んでいましたが、丁寧な接客をしてくださり、ありがとうございました。セットのそばは、温かいそばを注文したのですが、お出汁も美味しかったです。お刺身、茶碗蒸し、天ぷら、香の物と色々ついていて、どれも美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。

Today, I had an oyster kamameshi set. Kamameshi has the scent of rocky shore and is excellent. It was quite crowded on New Year's Day, but thank you for your polite customer service. As for the soba in the set, I ordered warm soba, but the soup stock was also delicious. Sashimi, chawanmushi, tempura, pickles and so on were all delicious. Thank you for the meal.

私は讃岐うどんが苦手でサガミのうどんが好きで色々と食べてます(*^^*)
There is a private room in the tatami room, so I make a reservation and enjoy lunch with my friends even in the corona.
I'm not good at Sanuki udon and I like Sagami udon so I eat a lot (* ^^ *)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から大好きで今月２回目の【四川風味噌煮込みうどん】。もちろん煮込み用のうどんで、＋110円で四川ごまだれ増しに♪
【四川ごまだれ】グランドメニューには記載がありますが何故かランチメニューには載ってないのよね…。なぜ？？でも店員さんにお願いすると対応して貰えます。
グツグツに煮えたぎった状態での配膳なので最後まで熱々で頂けます。トッピングは鶏肉・干し椎茸・蒲鉾・卵・葱・餅・白菜・お揚げ・別皿に天かすと盛り沢山なので食べ応えも十分。そこまでピリ辛では無いですがゴマの効いたスープは飲むのが止まりません！

[Sichuan Gomadare] There is a description on the grand menu, but for some reason it is not on the lunch menu ... why? ?? But if you ask the clerk, you can get it.
Since it is served in a simmered state, you can enjoy it hot until the end. The toppings are chicken, dried shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko, eggs, green onions, rice cakes, Chinese cabbage, fried chicken, and tenkasu on a separate plate. It's not that spicy, but I can't stop drinking sesame soup!
