Y	Y I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和元年10月頃、翌年の司法書士試験の対策の為に、静かで勉強に集中し易い部屋を探していたところ、アタカエステートさんから『前に住んでいた入居者が、高校の教職員採用試験に合格した実績のある出世部屋です』とのことで、あるアパートの一室を紹介して頂きました。出世部屋かどうかは半信半疑でしたが、賃料や周辺の環境など条件に合い、また、居心地が良さようだったのでそこを借りて勉強したら、令和2年度司法書士試験に合格できました。アタカエステートさんには、当初アパートを借りる際イメージしていた通りの物件を紹介して頂き、感謝しています。 Around October of the first year of Reiwa, when I was looking for a quiet room where I could concentrate on my studies in preparation for the next year's judicial scrivener exam, Mr. Ataka Estate said, "The resident who lived before hired high school staff.
