★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔は利用料が、大人250円で使い放題だったけど、ルネッスが運営するようになってからは、400円に値上げされました。かといって、設備が良くなった訳ではなく、むしろマシーンの数が減りました。ベンチプレスは有りません。ラットプル等の背中を鍛えるマシーンも有りません。懸垂バーは有ります。マシーンの最大負荷も軽めです。フリーウェイトの重りの種類も少なく、本気で筋肉マンを目指す人には物足りないでしょう。ただ、細マッチョを目指す人や、ちょっと運動したい人なら十分だと思います。また、月額制ではないので、たまにしか行かない人や運動はしたいけど費用を安く抑えたい人には選択肢の１つになるでしょう。

一階入り口の券売機で400円券を買って、二階の奥にルネッスが委託を受けたジムがあります。
筋トレ、走るだけなら充分の施設です。
