ゴールデンウィークに行ったため、混雑しており、目的のテニスはできませんでしたが、ウロウロするだけでの非常に広く、運動になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小高い山にある遊歩道がジョギングに最適。4kmほどのコースになりますがアップダウンがあり、運動不足の私はいつも息があがってヒィヒィ〜言ってますが…(^^;。天気が良い日は特に気持ちいいですよ。一汗かいて健康の森温泉で一風呂もおすすめです。
The promenade on a small mountain is ideal for jogging. The course is about 4km, but there is up and down, lack of exercise I always breathe and say hihi ~ (^ ^ ;. It is especially comfortable on a sunny day. A bath is also recommended at Nomori Onsen.
