野菜餃子とニラ饅頭をいただきました
ニラ饅頭は台湾の味とずれていますが
美味しいかったので
特に気にしないでした笑
えびも結構入っていました
注文するときに
餃子のお値段が高いって思ってましたが
餃子が来たら、思ったより大きかったです笑
両方普通に美味しかったです
机の上に調味料もちゃんと付けています

というわけではなかったのですが、
寒い日に担々麺&麻婆飯のランチセットは最高でした
990円とコスパは如何なものかと思いましたが、落ち着いて食べれる店の雰囲気は、ここのグルメストリートの中では群を抜いてると思えば、ヨシとすべきかな？

（株）フードバディーズが運営するチェーン店。
羽根つき小籠包がウリなのかな。
土曜の15時近くで店内は先客1人。
入口に掲げてあった「満腹セット」で坦々麺とミニ麻婆豆腐丼(930円税込)。
注文して提供まで早い。
味的にはあまり特徴はない。
坦々麺も麻婆豆腐丼もあまり辛味がないので卓上にあった香港ラー油？を投入して少し辛くなる。
店舗内綺麗で新横浜駅ビル直結なのでファミリー等にはいいんじゃないかな。

There are not many characteristics in terms of taste.
Neither Tantan noodles nor Mapo tofu bowl are so spicy, so the Hong Kong chili oil that was on the table? It becomes a little spicy after putting in.
The inside of the store is beautiful and directly connected to the Shin-Yokohama station building, so I think it's good for families.

テイクアウトでルーローハンを注文。
新幹線の時間があるので早めにお願いしましたが、最初はまさかの20分待ってくださいの返答、流石に遅すぎるだろうとなんとか早くしてもらえないかと交渉したら10分でと言われて了解して待ちましたが最終的には8分程度で受け取ることができました。

I ordered Lo Bah png for takeout.
I asked for it early because I have time for the Shinkansen, but at first I got a reply that I should wait 20 minutes, and if I negotiated that it would be too late, I was told that it would be 10 minutes and waited. However, in the end, I was able to receive it in about 8 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年探していた鶏そばに会えました。２０年以上前に他店で食べて感銘を受けた鶏そばで、その店も具は鳥のムネ肉と葉物、細いストレート麺、澄んだスープでした。残念ながらその店はなくなってしまい他店でこの鶏そばを出す店を探していました。私は、豚骨、味噌、醤油味のラーメンで、背脂コッテリも好きですが、澄んだ味の鶏そばが最高だと思っています。
満腹セットで頼んだので、ミニルーロー飯かミニマーボー飯がついてくるのですが、できればこの鶏そばのデリケートな味を邪魔しないご飯をつけていただければもっと良いと思いました。

I was impressed by the chicken soba that I ate at another restaurant more than 20 years ago, and the ingredients at that restaurant were chicken breast meat and leaves, thin straight noodles, and clear soup. Unfortunately, that store has disappeared and I was looking for another store to serve this chicken soba. I like pork bones, miso and soy sauce flavored ramen, and I also like backfat kotteri, but I think the clear flavored chicken soba is the best.
Since I ordered it with a full set, it comes with mini rouleaux rice or mini marbo rice, but if possible, I thought it would be better if you could add rice that does not interfere with the delicate taste of this chicken soba.

12時45分に来店。
食事処が混在する中、スッと来店できるお店はここともう一店舗位でした。
４名席が3つ組んであり、後は対面の２名席でした。テーブルは移動できるものですので、何人で行っても大丈夫そう。家族でも大丈夫そう。
酸辣油麺と小籠包を注文。
どちらも好きな料理です！
ラーメンは52分に出てきました。早い。
酸辣油麺
胡椒系の辛味でしょっぱめで酸っぱさは抑えめ。餡は定番のタケノコ、豆腐、椎茸、人参と無難なところ。
小籠包はパンチがない。辛いものを食べた後だからかなー？
まず、熱くない。肉汁は少々。皮の厚みは普通でもちもち。

I came to the store at 12:45.
While the restaurants are mixed, the number of shops that can be visited quickly was the other one here.
There were 3 seats for 4 people, and the rest were 2 people facing each other. The table can be moved, so it seems okay for any number of people to go. It seems to be okay for my family.
I ordered hot and sour soup noodles and dumplings.
Both are my favorite dishes!
Ramen came out in 52 minutes. early.
Hot and sour soup noodles
Pepper-based spicy, salty and less sour. The bean paste is a safe place with standard bamboo shoots, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots.
Xiaolongbao has no punch. Is it because after eating spicy food?
First of all, it's not hot. A little gravy. The thickness of the skin is normal and chewy.
