細麺で腰があり伸びにくく最後までツルツルで食べられます。
スープもとても美味しく町中華を超えてる。
ゴーツーイートが利用出来ないのと駐車場が無いのが注意点。
A shop where you can eat banmen. The sanma-men is also delicious.
The thin noodles are chewy and hard to stretch, so you can eat them smoothly until the end.
The soup is also very delicious and goes beyond Chinese food in town.
Please note that Go to Eat is not available and there is no parking lot.

10年以上久しぶりにお伺いしました。
お店は小さくなってました。
昔と同じメニューがあり注文しました。
前菜のクラゲのコリコリ感は他とは違います。
蟹の卵入りフカヒレスープは変わらず絶品。
海鼠の醤油煮の海鼠はプルプルでコラーゲンの塊で椎茸と相まって美味しい
ミルガイのネギ生姜も貝の美味しさを感じられます。
うずらのレタス撒きは揚げポテトの器な無くなりましたがうずらは美味しい。しかしレタスは残念でした。昔は一枚一枚綺麗に丸くカットされ凹凸もほとんど無く撒きやすかったのですが今回はレタスの葉そのままです。それはいいとしても洗って水切りが甘くびしょびしょの状態なのはいただけません。
料理後、お土産に中華菓子を購入、こちらの美味しい胡麻餡、蓮の実餡のお菓子など選び可愛い赤い箱に入れて頂きました。手作り感一杯で価格もリーズナブル。
とにかく久しぶりでとっても美味しい中華を堪能しました。また行きます。

I visited you for the first time in more than 10 years.
The shop has become smaller.
I ordered the same menu as before.
The crunchy feeling of the appetizer jellyfish is different from the others.
The shark fin soup with crab eggs is still excellent.
Sea cucumber boiled in soy sauce is a lump of collagen that is delicious with shiitake mushrooms.
You can also feel the deliciousness of the shellfish on the green onion ginger.
The quail lettuce sprinkling is no longer a bowl of french fries, but the quail is delicious. But lettuce was disappointing. In the past, each leaf was cut into a beautiful round shape and was easy to sprinkle with almost no unevenness, but this time the lettuce leaves are the same. Even if it's good, you can't wash it and drain it in a sweet and soaked state.
After cooking, I bought Chinese sweets as souvenirs, selected delicious sesame paste and lotus seed paste, and put them in a cute red box. It is full of handmade feeling and the price is reasonable.
Anyway, I enjoyed the delicious Chinese food for the first time in a long time. I will go again.
