鰻も柔らかくとても美味しかったし、蕎麦のフロマージュ？も、蕎麦の香りがよく分かる、これまた初めての味で感動☆

駐車場の場所が分からず、暑いのに表に出てきてくれて、走って案内してくれました。
急に行くと入れない場合が多いとの事なので、予約して行くか、前もって電話をしていくのがオススメです。
あと味がそばの上品な味の蕎麦サイダーは暑い日にはもってこいで美味しかったです。
前菜もオシャレで、お蕎麦もしっかりコシがあり、蕎麦湯までペロリでした(*´∀`)♪
お蕎麦の飴ちゃんはお土産に喜ばれると思います！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本一美味しい蕎麦を、いただきました。必ず行くべきお店です‼️ お蕎麦、キジを選びましたが、大正解でした。追加で、すだち蕎麦まで食べました。
I had the most delicious soba in Japan. This is a must-visit shop! ️ I chose soba and pheasant, but it was a great answer. In addition, I ate Sudachi soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青唐辛子と山椒の発汗薬膳うなぎ鍋コースをいただきました。
辛いのが好き！ってわけではないのですが、これは美味しくいただけました（でもかなり辛いです）
鍋以外も美味ですよ！
暑い時期だったので、室内の温度なども気にかけていただき、大満足です。
今度はお蕎麦メインで食べに行きたいです。

It's delicious besides hot pot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに京都に赴き、お昼なので軽く和食でも！と言う事で蕎麦に決定。
調べてみるとこちらが京都府内ではそば百名店トップだったので12時過ぎに初訪問。
外観からして趣のある店構えに期待ワクワク！
お昼時にも関わらず行列が無いのでアレっ？と思いながら入店するとほぼ予約客との事でしたが何とか席が空いてたので快く受け入れて頂きました。
この時は「お昼のミニセット」もしくは「おそば充実コース」のみ提供との事でしたのでミニセットで私は「盛り」妻は「かけ」を注文。
「先付け盛り合わせ」から始まり「水菓子盛り合わせ」迄、どれもとても美味しかったです。
そして、何よりも驚いたのが店員さんのとても丁寧な接客でした。
内観も素晴らしく「味」「もてなし」と大満足なひと時と成りました。

When I looked it up, this was the top 100 soba restaurants in Kyoto prefecture, so I visited for the first time after 12:00.
Expectations for a quaint store from the outside!
Even though it's lunchtime, there is no line, so what? When I entered the store thinking that, it was almost a reserved customer, but somehow the seat was vacant, so I was happy to accept it.
At this time, it was said that only the "lunch mini set" or "soba fulfillment course" would be offered, so I ordered "prime" and my wife "kake" with the mini set.
Everything from "assorted first-come-first-served" to "assorted water confectionery" was very delicious.
What surprised me most was the very polite customer service of the clerk.
The inside view was wonderful, and it was a very satisfying time with "taste" and "hospitality".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦セットを頂きました。大変美味しゅうございました。特に１枚目の冷たいお蕎麦は本当に美味しくてつい冷酒を頼んでしまいました。鯉のお刺身、雉のお蕎麦、餅米にのった鰻〜！素晴らしいお仕事をする方のお顔を拝見したいと思っていたら、ご挨拶に来て下さいました。思った通りの方でした。また機会があれば是非行きたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ下の火曜日11:40、人気店なので予約して行きました。満席ではなかったですが、事前に電話入れた方が良いと思います。
ミニコースを頂きました。地元素材を活かした上品な前菜。鯉の昆布締め、蕎麦せんべい、蕎麦豆腐、筍煮、一口太麺蕎麦。鴨汁蕎麦は鴨の出汁が濃厚で美味しかったですが、純粋に蕎麦を味わいたいならプレーンなつけ汁の方が良かったかも。筍ごはんはもっちり、トッピングしたうなぎはふんわり。デザートも蕎麦を活かしたジュレとプリン。全てに丁寧な仕事をされています。
ミニコースにオプション、二人で一万円、少し張り込んだランチになりました。

I got a mini course. An elegant appetizer that makes use of local ingredients. Kobujime carp, soba rice crackers, soba tofu, boiled bamboo shoots, bite-thick noodles soba. The duck soup was rich and delicious, but if you wanted to taste the soba purely, the plain soup might have been better. Bamboo shoot rice is chewy and eel topping is fluffy. Jelly and pudding that make use of soba for dessert. Everything is done politely.
It was an option for the mini course, 10,000 yen for two people, and it was a little overloaded lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here thinking this was a soba noodle place, but what it actually is is a soba ( buckwheat ) kaiseki restaurant ( that includes soba noodles as a dish ). Really interesting and tasty food, just that I was expecting a much simpler meal!
