★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大本山池上本門寺直末・稲毛門中朗師講の一箇寺。私ども安立寺と同じ仲間寺です。江戸時代には池上本門寺の御会式万灯練供養に次いで盛大な練供養が営まれていたと伝えられています。もちろん今でも活気は充分！溝の口に御越しの際には、是非御参拝下さい。
This is one of the temples of Omotoyama Ikegami Honmonji Naomatsu and Inagemon Churo. It is the same companion temple as ours. It is said that during the Edo era, a grand training ceremony was held after Ikegami Honmonji's Gokai ceremony. Of course the vigor is still enough! Please come by all means when you come to Mizonokuchi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御会式などの行事のある日はとても賑わう 江戸時代からの墓石も有る古刹。駐車場は用意されていないが乗用車が上手く停めれば４､5台のスペースは取れる。
An ancient temple with tombstones from the Edo period that is very busy on days when there are events such as oeshiki. There is no parking lot, but if the passenger car parks well, space for 4 or 5 cars can be taken.

文政１２年（１８２９）に建てられた碑。句は元禄７年（１６９４）に名古屋を訪問した際の作。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元に根付いたお寺ってこんな感じなんでしょうか。境内に居るだけで心がすっと静まります。幼稚園も併設されているので小さい子供の声が絶えませんが、古刹と呼ばれてもよいお寺だからでしょうか？奥のほうには古墳があったりするようです。
なお、人間国宝第一号でもあり地元の出身の陶芸家 濱田庄司さんのお墓もありますので、この地を代表するお寺なんだぁと感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が国最初の人間国宝、益子焼を世に知らしめた濱田庄司のお墓があります。御会式は池上本門寺に次ぐ賑やかさで行なわれている。
ちなみに、濱田庄司が幼少期を過ごした生家跡が大山街道ふるさと館の隣。碑が立っております。近くを流れる二ヶ領用水にも濱田橋という名の橋があります。
