辛さしか感じないスープ。旨味が無い。焼飯は美味しい。

と、思っていたが脂の光った醤油寄りの醤油豚骨が空腹にそそって食欲が増す。セットの焼飯はややペッパースパイシーで薄口。単品だと物足りない感じだったかもしれないがラーメンと一緒だとスープの濃さがしっくりとくる。それを見越してのこのセットなのだろうか。なかなかやるな。

醤油がやっぱコッチ側なのかな？
豚骨だけど不思議な感じがします。
炒飯ならぬ焼飯がかなりアッサリしているので、
そうなるとラーメンはもっとガツン！としても良いのかも？
スープが一層の味じゃないので、ちょっと麺とのバランスが悪い・・・
何かを練り込んだ方が合う感じ。
ニンニクはみじん切りだったけど、
むしろ味変ボールとしてペーストを乗せた方が楽しめるラーメンかなと思いました
やっぱり時間帯によって煮詰まり過ぎなどがあるのでしょうか？
味のバラツキが多い気がします。
