★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張で寄りました。お店の看板の通り約束された美味しい尾道らーめん？でした。細麺ストレートで豚骨醤油スープが合います。牡蠣フライも粒が大きくて広島に来た！って感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こってり超〜肉盛りを頼みましたが、お肉の味が完全に抜けていて残念でした。
時間をかけて煮込むと全部出てしまうので、一回冷まして戻すか、先に下処理して出てしまわないようにするか、時短で仕上げるか、対策が必要かなと思います。
ラーメン自体は悪くなかったです。
チャーシュー抜きの鶏白湯として食べる分にはアリです
替玉は一玉です。お得
坦々麺も頼んでみました。

結構山椒が効いていていい感じです。
