仕事帰りに寄りましたがウェアも靴も無料貸出があり気軽に行くことができました。カウンセリングの後、自分の気になる箇所を重点的に指導してもらい、気持ち良い汗をかいてきました。
次回は私に合わせたメニューを作ってくれるとのことで楽しみです。
I received personal training for RUXE for the first time.
I came home after work, but I was free to rent both clothing and shoes, so I could feel free to go. After the counseling, I had them focus on teaching me what I was interested in and I had a good sweat.
I'm looking forward to making a menu for me next time.
