私は、増えてきた白髪と変わりつつある髪質が一番の悩みですが、その悩みにちゃんと向き合ってくださるので信頼感が半端ないです。
あ、あとシャンプーの時大抵気が遠退くくらい気持ちいいです。
いつかヘッドスパしてもらいたいです。

期待と不安の中、初めてロウズさんに伺った際には時間をかけて丁寧にカウンセリングして頂き、おかげさまで頭皮の痒みが無くなって長年のストレスが解消されました。
肌が弱い私に時にはカラー後のシャンプーやすすぎを何度も何度もして下さったり、時にはシャンプーを変えて下さったり。。
さりげなく配慮して頂いているの気付いてますよ～
