★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with any restaurant, you'll find a wide variety of views on this nationwide chain! In my opinion, there is a lot to like, especially for a visitor to Japan, as the dining experience is a little unusual.
It has the normal (for Japan) ticket vending machine, but it also has individual stalls at the counter that have partitions that can be opened and closed, and your meal is served through a small hatch in front of you.
The ramen itself is pretty good. Not too oily compared to some, and you get a nice range of options upon sitting down as to how you'd like you ramen (spiciness, noodles, spring onions etc. etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first place I ate ramen during my trip to Japan and boy did I get lucky! The broth had amazing flavor, the pork was tender, and noodles were perfect. Some advice for first time users that I had trouble figuring out. 1) put money in kiosk before you order. 2) it says you have to sit with the corresponding sign but you can sit anywhere. 3) make sure to order extra noodles, you will need them! Overall amazing Ramen Restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am just amazed by this restaurant’s hospitality. Here they provide veg ramen and chicken based ramen as takeaway. Today my order took more time, so they were so sorry about making me wait for long time. They gave a bottle of tea, returned back the money and gave chicken ramen as gift. I felt it was too much, the wait wasn’t very long. I dint understand whether to be happy or how to react. I was surprised and overwhelmed by their hospitality ? I recommend this place for ppl who prefer veg ramen and it is the best place to have traditional Ramen(special recommendation by one of my Japanese friend)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the BEST Ramen spot on Honshu! Plus, it's 24hrs. We order 4 bowls a piece (don't judge me). It's that good. Definitely recommend to those who love Ramen, and for those who aren't sure because experiences elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique Experience and Great Ramen! :) I had ordered an extra 4 pieces of chashu (roast pork), which isn't shown in the picture below. I had light garlic, and the base level of everything else. It was flavorful and filling. I drank every last drop of the soup and left full and happy :)
I highly recommend this place.
Side note: I went to the location in Omotesando and ordered the same thing as I did at the Machida location and found that the flavor wasn't as great at this location.
