加	加藤匠美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検討している時計がありお店に行きました。ロレックス自体、行ってすぐ在庫があって買える物ではないのは承知ですし、ダメ元で行ってみました。女性スタッフ。菲野さん？だか名前忘れましたが私を対応して下さった女性スタッフの方の見下したような対応と「ないですねー」と感情無くしたような感じで言われました。どうせあなたじゃ買えないでしょう。と言うような感覚が凄い伝わってきました。同日、隣のオメガに行きました。以前訪れたこともあり、気になっていた品物で、在庫ない事は知っていました。が、「只今、在庫が無く入荷未定で申し訳ございません。」と丁寧に対応して頂きました。オメガの方にロレックスでの事を話しました。 1番驚いたのが、お店違うのに、申し訳ございません。と言って下さった事。店単体ではなく、高島屋のスタッフと言う自覚が強いスタッフさんだったのでしょう。意識高い方だなと感心しました。日本橋高島屋のロレックスには二度と行きたくないです。見下すようなスタッフは生まれて初めて見ました。本当にいるんだなと... 一昔前テレビで見た事はありますが、本当にいるんですね... 私は営業の仕事をしていますが、反面教師にさせて頂きたいと思いました。 I went to the store because I had a watch I was considering.
