★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金を120g持って行った時目の前で軽量せず別室で軽量して30gしか無いと言われた時はビックリした。別件で時計の買取誓約書を記入したにもかかわらず、1分後にやはりこの値段では買い取れないと金額を下げられた。足元を見過ぎでは？他の方の書き込みにもあるように、自分たちで評価を上げているのがバレバレです。この評価を真摯に受け止めてもらいたい。因みにこちらで30万円の値段しか付かなかった指輪は他店で80万円で売れました。

評価を自分たちで割増してる時点で気づけば良かったのですが 昔、店長さんがすごくいい対応だったので再度利用さしていただいたのですが対応の質が大きく下がっていて残念でした。
自分たちで評価を上げてもバレバレです。そんな努力をする前に対応力を上げる努力をして改善をお願いしたいです。
前の店長さんの対応が良かったのでギリ星2です。
前の店長さんの評価無しでの評価だと星1すらないレベルの酷さでした。
対応いただいた方(副店長と名刺には書いてました)以外がマシであることを祈りたいです。
ちなみに今回の方は電話で時計の買取価格を聞いていたのに実際持っていくと1割ほど低く言われ理由を聞くと持ってくるまでに価格相場が下がったの事でした。
昼過ぎに聞いて夕方前には向かったのにそれまでに数万近く下がると言い切るような信用性に欠ける人でした。
帰ろうとすると電話で言った値段に合わすと言われましたが信用できないのでお断りしました。
ちなみに他のお店ではそういう対応はなかったのでそちらで売らせていただきました。
二度と利用したくないですし知り合いにもオススメはしないです。
ここを利用するのであれば他とちゃんと比較して手放すことをおすすめします。

私のペースに合わせていただき、清潔感もある方だったので良いお取引が出来たと感じました。
事前にLINE査定をしたのですが、その査定額の時点で自分自身がオークファン上でサーチングした額から妥当というよりも、個人でブランド品等々を放流している方からすると手間が省けトータル面で悪くないのではないかと私は感じました。
実際の査定もLINE査定の額とあまり変動がなく、コンシェルジュの方は商品知識もあり、細かな質問に対しても丁寧でネガティヴを感じませんでした。
私の主観ですが、1人でも入りやすく勉強になる部分もあったので単純に楽しい時間を過ごせました。
