朝食は爽やかな六甲の山並みを見ながら食するご飯は最高です。全てに手間がかかっていて関西風の味付けで美味しい。

「割烹 樺林」さんにおじゃましましたー！
エクシブというと、
会員制の高級リゾートホテルです。
もちろん、私が会員なのではなく（あはっ）
お呼ばれです（いつか会員になれたらなぁ）
すべてがキラキラで、
舞踏会にきたお姫様気分♪
（魔女のほうだろ！って誰かつっこんで！）
高台にあり、美しい景色をみながら
16時30分からコーススタートです。
はい。やっぱエグゼクティブは
こんな時間に夕食にこれる人でなきゃなのです。
お品書きの撮影を忘れてしまったのですが
はまぐりの炊き合わせ
筍と山椒の穂
サヨリの刺身のジュレ和えだったかなぁ（うろ覚え）
椀物は、雲丹ののったゴマ豆腐
明石鯛、あわび、イカとカツオのたたき
稚鮎の唐揚げ
フカヒレと山菜の煮物
（これが一番おいしかった！）
和牛のソテー
ほたるいかのはいったごはん
デザート
といった流れだったかと思います。
一皿一皿絵画のように美しく、
なにより美しい空と神戸の景色を
満喫しながらの夕食は最高でした。
「いつかまた自力でこここにこれるようになりたい」
仕事のモチベーションも上がるお店でしたね

本日のディナー は、エクシブ六甲サンクチュアリヴィラ内にある、割烹樺林。チョイスは、期間限定コースの心呑（このみ）。
人生初のエクシブの上級クラス「サンクチュアリヴィラ」。会社の組合が福利厚生で権利を持ってまして、今回は有難く使わせて頂きました。(^^;
契約上施設内にて食事を取らないとダメみたいで、今日は懐石料理をチョイスしてみましたよ。
さて、予約時にスモールポーションと書いてあるので、どれだけ量が少ないのかな？と思いきや、1品1品ゆっくりサーブされますので、この量でも充分なぐらい。その上、締めご飯のオカワリまで用意して頂けるとは！（笑）至れり尽くせりのディナーでございました。
あ、もちろん味は言うことなしですよ。ハモやら松茸やら伊勢海老やら神戸ビーフやら、少量ながらも味わうには充分の量なので、お腹の満足度は100㌫ですよ。
もちろん副作用もありまして、お会計の金額が見た事がない金額で。(^^;
チェックアウトの時に払えるかな…（笑）

Today's dinner is a cooking birch forest in the XIV Rokko Sanctuary Villa. The choice is Konomi, a limited-time course.
The first XIV advanced class in my life, "Sanctuary Villa". The union of the company has the right as a welfare program, and I am grateful to use it this time. (^^;
It seems that you have to eat in the facility under the contract, so today I chose kaiseki cuisine.
By the way, since it says small potion at the time of booking, how small is it? I think that each item is served slowly, so this amount is enough. What's more, you can even prepare a savory rice dish! (Laughs) It was a perfect dinner.
Oh, of course, there is no need to say the taste. The amount of pike conger, matsutake mushroom, spiny lobster, Kobe beef, etc. is enough to taste even though it is a small amount, so the satisfaction level of the stomach is 100 ㌫.
Of course, there are side effects, and the amount of the bill is the amount I have never seen. (^^;
