★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing view of Kobe and Osaka. If the weather is right you can look really far. I went there as a hiking trip from arima onsen over mt. Rokkō to all the waterfalls back up to the garden terrace it was an amazing hike in early autumn.
There was a Toilette and drinks and even some places to eat. Perfect for a rest and an awesome view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all places in Rokkosan, this area has the thickest snow in Winter. Good place to rest, eat and enjoy the view of Kobe City from above (I guess you can also see the KIX Airport island from here).
