★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が高校生になり手がかからなくなってきたので思い切って入会。都内で通えるパーソナルジムをいくつか体験し、ライザップを選びました。
女性専用のジムなので、先生もお客さんも女性限定で、リラックスして通うことができています。
まだ始めたばかりですが、先生に毎日メールで励ましてもらいながら頑張っています。女性と男性でトレーニングや食事も変わるそうなので、その点では女性専用に特化したジムにしてよかったかなと思います。
Since my child became a high school student and it became difficult to handle, I took the plunge and joined. I experienced some personal gyms that I can go to in Tokyo and chose RIZAP.
Since it is a women-only gym, both teachers and customers are limited to women, so you can relax and go there.
I'm just getting started, but I'm doing my best with my teacher encouraging me by email every day. It seems that training and meals will change between women and men, so in that respect I think it would be nice to have a gym specializing in women only.
