★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a group of 4 that time
It was a fun experience
And for a first timer its really good for us to get professional to teach us the basic
But to be honest , the instructor was very in hurry and not quite helpful
Quite rude to be honest
And had some hurtful comment to some of us
He only helped the people who were able to follow the instruction
Where as, he left behind the ones who were not able to snowboard
Me and my friends were quite upset about it
It was a 2 hours course of ¥4000
There was a nice thing about them
Neither the 4 of us had gloves that time
And because its too expensive we didn’t purchase it
But they lent it for us to use
Maybe next time, private instructor is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great experience. 3 of us booked onto the group lesson and as it was only us, the teacher was really flexible and managed to tailor the lesson to our skill level so we went up the mountain. Great value for a 1.5 hour lesson.
I found the instructor really supportive that I ended up booking a private lesson with her straight after and she really increased my confidence. The lesson was slightly expensive but I managed to achieve what I wanted from it so it was well worth it!
