本格度合いは、トマトソースパスタに入れるウインナーに薫りをつけるため、自家燻製を行う程度。
シェフだけでなく、サーブしてくださるスタッフの気配りもさりげなく、素晴らしい空間でした。

平日に定休日と貸し切り営業の日、またランチ売り切れの場合がありますので注意。
