ワインは３種類の飲み比べをチョイスしました。
どれもカキに合っていて美味しくいただきました。

牡蠣は、日本だけでなく海外からも仕入れており、食べ比べが楽しみです。
しかし、この店で美味しいのは、生牡蠣だけではありません。加熱調理した牡蠣の料理も美味しいものばかりです。
店内の席数は少ないため、予約が必須になります。
もう少し静かに食事を楽しめたら星五つでした。

日本全国や外国産の牡蠣がいろいろ食べ比べできて、新鮮でおいしいです。
他にも新鮮な魚介類をふんだんに使用した、アクアパッツァ、カルパッチョ、海鮮トマトパスタなどもとても美味しくてお勧めです。
ワインもとても安く飲むことができ、グラスワインはナミナミとクラスに注がれて、満足できる量で提供されます。
コロナ感染対策もしっかりととられており、店内もとてもおしゃれな内装になっています。
千代田区丸の内と言う場所柄か、サラリーマンやOL風の方が多いように見え、客層はとても良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place had TONS of cockroaches. Upon arrival, I sat at the bar with my fiance and we immediately saw a cockroach, which the waiter killed for us. I wasn't too bothered by that. It can happen to even the best restaurant. But as our meal continued, we saw more and more of them. And the staff were very casual about it, and didn't seem at all surprised.
