C	Chu Namusakun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２度目の訪店。今回はワインのペアリングコースをいただきました。 ⭐️まずスパークリングワインで乾杯。中に金柑のスライスが一枚浮いていて、それが味を爽やかにし、炭酸を際立たせる感じでした。 ⭐️一品目はカルパッチョ。白身魚に黒オリーブ、海葡萄などが一緒に絡めてあり、お味も食感も楽しめる一品。ジュレに魚の旨味が凝縮してました。イタリアのマテリカの白ワインと素晴らしくマッチします。 ⭐️ニ品目は、牛の四番目の胃とリーフの一品。温製で細かく切ってあってコリっとした食感で食べやすい。スプーンでいただけます。合わせるワインはフランスのマルベック-カベルネ。料理の脂味との相性は抜群でした。 ⭐️三品目はプイィ・ヒュメと合わせて鮭の燻製クリームソース添え。皮裏の脂味が美味しい。付け合わせのディルとパンと一緒にいただくと最高でした。 ⭐️四品目は、ホワイトストロガノフのピラフ添えトリュフ乗せ。マッシュルームの火の通し方が絶妙でクタッとしていない食感。バローロと合わせて頂きました。 ⭐️五品目は、ピンクゴールド色のカリフォルニアのロゼとバジリコのパスタ。このワインは色も独特で美味しい、珍しいものでした。 ⭐️最後のデザートはタルトタタン、アイスクリームなどの盛り合わせに蜜柑の半切りが添えてあります。合わせるのは甘口の口当たりのロワールワイン。どの料理も工夫してありワインにマリアージュしていました。美味しい食事と楽しい語らいを満喫できました。 Second visit to the store. は	はな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神田で評価のいいリストランテのランチ。カウンターが7席位？テーブルが二つ。外からは休みかな？という暗さではあるが、覗くと営業してました^_^ スープ、スライスパン、選べるパスタで1200円のランチを頂きました。スープはライオンボールに入ったたっぷりの野菜スープ、パンも普通に美味しい。パスタは、刻みソーセージとトマトソースの生パスタ。ソースたっぷりで美味しそうなビジュアル✨✨ 近くのテスタドゥーラで食べるラグーパスタは肉の出汁が煮含められ奥深く、違うメニューで比較するのもどうかと思うが、こちらは肉肉しさはあるがその場で作れるシンプルな極上のトマトソースのパスタ。これはこれで文句無しに美味しいのだが、麺の量がちと少ない。遅めのモーニングを食べたから今日は一応足りたけど、本当にお腹が空いている時はこちらを選ばないかな。私みたいな人用にデザートや前菜を追加出来るといいですね。ディナーでも食べてみたいです。スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。ご馳走様でした。 A restaurant lunch with a good reputation in Kanda. Feels totally authentic, from the music they play to the red leather chairs and red wood counter top. A slice of bread with the soup. Espresso competes the lunch. I’ll be back for sure. Nice wine selection. Looking forward to coming for dinner sometime.
